Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing and managing marketing campaigns, fundraising, health fairs, social media and website oversight alongside the Executive Director. The marketing coordinator will work closely with the community and play a pivotal role in networking.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Content creation: develop compelling content for newsletters, websites, blogs, flyers, and social media
    platforms
  • Campaign management: plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Event coordination: organize and manage events, health fairs, job fairs, conferences, and help to enhance
    brand visibility
  • Fundraising experience preferred
  • Recruitment
  • Collaborate: work closely with key community partners, management team, ensure cohesive strategies and
    mutual support in achieving goals
  • Budget Management: help to develop a marketing plan ensuring cost effective strategies
  • Must be able to represent the Organization in a professional manner
  • Must be presentable, speak well, enthusiastic, and a team player
  • Must perform all other duties assigned

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Frequent bending and stooping
  • Frequent crouching, climbing, or balancing
  • Ability to lift to waist level, pull, and pushup to 50 pounds
  • Use of hands for simple grasping, writing, drawing, operating office equipment
  • Work is performed indoors and outdoors

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
TB screening
Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
Proficient computer/office equipment skills
Ability to multi-task
Possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Critical listening and thinking skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
Experience 2-3 marketing preferred
Able to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in marketing software and preferably analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication
